Bed Origin accepts returns or exchange of non-satisfactory goods. Goods returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
To initiate a return or exchange, send us a request before mailing out your goods to our warehouse.
Please give our customer service officer 2-3 working days to reply.
Please specify the full description and quantity of both old item to be replaced and new item to replace, including size and color, if any.
Customers may be charged additional fee to match the price of the new item if it is more expensive. For cheaper item, the difference will be refunded.
Take note that the refund will be processed only after the item arrives at our warehouse and passed its evaluation.
